Back in the Saddle
[flight itinerary]Today, a good friend from Syracuse sent me an AOL IM--aside: switch to Google Talk.
I'm just thoroughly confused...as a religious reader (and I hope, more importantly, your friend) I'm concerned. Is everything ok?Everything's great! Back in the saddle, I tell myself. With less than 12 hours left in the Bay, I spent my last night with Sai watching Wicked. Sai, that was an amazing show, and I'm glad that I saw it with you! (Sorry, again, Ligaya.)
What more can I say? For Syracuse folks, I'll be back in town later today (and I still gotta write my paper for PA&D and study for the waiver exams)... NYC folks, I'll be back in town on Friday (hopefully); I'm still not sure if I need a place to crash... San Fran (that includes you, Richelle) folks, I'll be back on Sept 1 (for Cheryl's birthday bash)... Sai, we need to figure out London. =P
Ahh... The tribulations of a long-distance relationship. Let me quickly inform you all of my "expertise" in making long-distance relationships work, albeit for only 2.5 years. Shall I say, A Tribute to Trisha (not):
- late 2000ish ~ June 2001 : Pinole, CA ~ Concord, CA
- June 2001 ~ August 2001 : San Francisco, CA ~ Concord, CA
- August 2001 ~ August 2003 : Santa Cruz, CA ~ La Jolla, CA (via Cattle Call)
She says that we're merely dating--and I thought we were only "talking"--but then again, she and I may have our definitions of "dating" and "talking" mixed up. =/ Well, at least things are good for now.
