longest week ever

I couldn't sleep lsat night because it was about 90 degrees in my room and hecka humid. I was able to sleep for a quick second, but got up at 4am and couldn't go back to sleep... Seriously, east coast weather sucks (especially when you don't have air conditioning).

Anyway, I'm back at school about an hour earlier, studying once more. In exactly 3 days, I'll be taking a final that'll determine 55 percent of my grade. The pressure's starting to build, as I'm starting to realize that these practice exams are pretty intense. Just to give you a sense of what I'll be doing...
part one

Assume that you are responsible for preparing the budget for a large nursing home. The "Golden Age Retirement Center" cares for 250 elderly patients in need of constant medical care. This center employs a number of different types of employees but the heart of the staff is "nurses aides". You want to start in your budget preparation by developing the personnel budget for nurses aides. State law mandates that there only be 6 patients per nurses aide and that there be full staffing 24 hours per day. Each aide works 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and gets paid a base wage of $5.00 per hour. In addition, they can earn "time and a half" for working weekends or the 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:00 am) and for working on one of the five scheduled holidays. They are given 2 weeks off per year for vacation, and 5 days for sick leave (which are paid at the base wage). Staff are not paid if they do not work on holidays, but if they do work holidays they are paid time and a half. The center only employs full-time staff and has to pay $100 per employee per month in health insurance and 15% of base wages in other fringe benefits. Using this information, develop the annual personnel budget for nurses aides.
Then there are three more parts...

I knew grad school wouldn't be easy, but fuk... It doesn't have to be super hard, does it?
