it's amazing how time flies--especially for my father who turns 50 today.

i can't imagine what it would be like to have lived a half a century. it's amazing. he's done so much for me and inspires me so much to push myself--as many people do.

regardless, it's scary that i'll be leaving in 5 days. folks who i haven't hung out with yet, what's going on!??!

anyway, i'll provide another update later on regarding what we decided to do for my dad's birthday. it's actually pretty kick-ass.
