Parisian Dreams

So last nite, after another fun evening of being stupid with the dicks and angels, I dreamed about Paris. I guess it was pretty dumb, but more and more I've been dreaming about Paris.

I landed at London Heathrow with my cousins... We hopped into one of those Mercedes-Benz vans and--I don't know how we did it--but we drove to Paris.

Exactly, how does one drive from London to Paris? There is a huge body of water separating Great Britain from the rest of Europe, but I'm not sure how we drove. It's impossible, though there are ways to get to mainland Europe from Great Britain, such as the Chunnel.

Well, I guess I should analyze my own dream. My family (my whole family) is pretty crazy. Yes, there are some crazy people in my family, but when it comes down to original thought and novel ideas, there are a bunch they have. One of them is a driving bridge to Hawaii.

I remember when my parents had a fascination with going to Hawaii. I remember that for a period of time, they were going to Hawaii almost every summer. Once, I got into a conversation with my cousins about how to get to Hawaii, and the idea of a driving bridge came to mind. Without a doubt, we're pretty certain that our parents would make the drive from San Francisco to Hawaii.

And, I guess that's how I dreamed of driving from London to Paris. During this time of the year, it's hard to fly to Paris. Springtime in Paris is beautiful, I hear. For my parents, it was hard to get to Paris. And, they flew from San Francisco to London then took the Chunnel to Paris.

Anyway... I'm hoping that I'll get to go to Paris soon. I was really looking forward to going this weekend, but it seems that now, we'll be going at the end of May. Here's to a memorable May.

16 days.
