Heinz School Decision Letter

On behalf of the Admission Selection Committee, it is my great pleasure to offer you admission to the Master of Science in Public Policy and Management two year track at the Heinz School, beginning August 2005. As you may know, admission to the Heinz School is very selective, due to our high admissions standards, the significant number of talented students who apply, and limited class size. You have been chosen as a result of your notable accomplishments, both academic and non-academic, and we sincerely hope you will accept our offer of admission.

As a Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) Fellow, you have been awarded a full tuition scholarship plus a $3,000 stipend per semester. Your scholarship and stipend are renewable for the second year of study, contingent on your continued high academic performance. We recognize the passion that PPIA fellows have for making a difference in society, and we believe this spirit embodies the overall public service mission of the Heinz School.

Congratulations on your acceptance into the Master of Science in Public Policy and Management Program. The Heinz School faculty and administration join me in welcoming you to Carnegie Mellon and look forward to meeting with you in the near future!

Now, I just have to decide if I want to go by April 15... And, hopefully I'll receive some other (good) decision letters soon--these will only make my decision even more difficult!!! =/
